      Pros

      -Solid inbound experience -Work in a variety of industries -"Unlimited PTO"

      Cons

      - "culture" is non-existent -There is little to no training -You literally sink or doggy-paddle - nobody will teach you how to swim and you will have weights added to you. -Management is non-existent - Clients > Employees - EXPECTED to work long hours - compensation does not match the workload - "Growth" leads to a grand total of 1 career path - They will promise a lot of things, but they're all empty

      Pros

      - Fast growing company with a lot of opportunities to move up - Serious about helping their employees reach professional goals - Opportunities for quarterly or end-of-year bonuses based on performance - High customer satisfaction rate/ good communication with clients - Unlimited vacation - Free parking (and plenty of it)

      Cons

      - Hard to keep up with fast pace, but rewarding - Can be difficult commute depending on where you live in San Diego

      Whirlwind of Excitement with No Structure or Direction

      Pros

      * Nice area of San Diego to work. * Flexible with what time you arrive and leave. * Concerted effort to educate their employees. * Great group of colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      * Owners are winging it. Their lack of experience shows within a few months of working there. * Clients can be a bit of a joke. They'll sign anyone to look like they're growing. * The marketing tactics, if you can call them that, 41 Orange uses are shady. If clients knew how they captured business for them, most would not continue. * Management is too pushy to have an #AgencyLife culture. * Unlimited PTO . . . when you don't have work to do. 41 Orange doesn't hire until the teams have been maxed out and get concerned about employees quitting. Good luck with getting a vacation for 5 days or more.
