Pros

The people are great. There's no one at 4G that I can honestly say I wouldn't want to work with in the future. 100% remote if you want it to be (for now). Decent benefits, including unlimited PTO (again, for now)

Cons

Everyone is overworked and all departments are understaffed. Turnover rate, especially in support, has been ridiculous. There are no raises or bonuses unless you beg for 8 months. Then maybe you'll get one. The CEO is so out of touch with how his people actually feel. Not sure if he truly doesn't pay attention or just doesn't care. Senior leadership is so focused on expanding the business that they are neglecting current processes that are broken.

Pros

The best part of working at 4G is easily the ability to work entirely from home. Your closest coworkers play a pivotal role in making the work you do meaningful.

Cons

Support has been neglected as an organization within the company. Everyone – from all departments in support – is struggling to stay afloat due to high turnover rates. Departments are tremendously understaffed, and upper management does not take this seriously enough. Whenever understaffing is discussed, management "discusses with finance," but new openings are never generated. After two years being a top performer in my role, there has been no discussion of a pay raise. Others have reported that they are being offered promotions without pay increases. 3-4 years ago, I felt that the company valued me as a person and appropriately compensated my work ethic. However, with the new focus on making this company a "great business," I feel that hardworking employees are undervalued and ignored when they share several cries for help.
