to the guy with review title "Artist"

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

nothing. nothing. nothing at al.

Cons

i bet on my life the previous review titled "Artist" is written by the CEO himself. i am writing- this review is from the person who is currently working with you. the people who are out is because you never had a salary increment. nothing. infact you demoted people saying they don't work. insulted artists. you still do. where as we had juniors who have shown excellent improvement than the so called LEADS that you have appointed just because they are your pals. * no i dont agree that management does not have layers. infact there is a brick wall between the management and artists. we artists can not even "like" other studio pages on social media and we have heard from the CEO himself "why do you like that studio page and not our studio page" isnt that rubbish? 8th class student will behave like that. *you have appointed your 'pals' as spies in the studio what else do i say now.

A full of negative environment

Pros

- good project - sometimes you will get artist driven training sessions and drinks

Cons

- yes i said training sessions - but its the artists who arranges it for themselves. - drinks. you will get it in 20*20 room with 200 peoples crowd. - Its the one bad company I came across in my career. - does not pay well - mental harrassment - unconditional work pressure - always giving fake promises - daily you will feel only and only frustration here. - I am giving it one star for project only. for company it a big zero. - I dont understand why somebody called it ARTISTWALA STUDIO. There's nothing like that. They will hunt for your last ounce of blood. - they dont allow to leave company peacefully. - not professional people. There you can find only egoistic people who are always ready to take everything from you in very less salary. - No work freedom. You will feel like tided with a rope always. - They acts like they are giving chance to grow employees but they are just using them for their own personal purposes. - I will never work here again if possible. - I would never recommend anyone to work here. - If you don't have family, if you have lots of money and you don't need more, if you have lot of free time to waste, if you can handle frustration in all the ways then go ahead and join this company on your own risk.

False accusation

Business outlook

Pros

Agreed with few other's ,like they said , '' ONLY '' the projects are good.

Cons

*Through my personal experience i have noticed ,the production seems bias. *No freedom what so ever for artist.Everything is decided by production . *Whereas salary is concerned they give false promises before hiring ,that after 3 months based on your performance they will increase your CTC but initially they hired you on a much lesser salary. *In the name of competition, they make artist to decorated their respective departments with employee's own money. *False accusation are being set by employer after the artist has left the company and they spoil their reputation ,For eg : Fx artist couldn't complete his commissioned shots and made terrible mistakes in given deadline, and so we fired him. Lighting artist misinterpreted the client information and kept working on the shots which in turn affected the production. *They create a fantasy picture to attract new artist ,but the reality is quite different. *They will make you work more ,but in return after one year there is no salary increment being given .....
