      Pros

      Students are the best part of the job as they have no knowledge of how terrible 8belts is.

      Cons

      They do not pay you when a student misses the call. They do not allow time off. You submit a schedule and have NO flexibility. Any way they can think of 8belts will find a way not to pay you with their awful policies. It is always the teacher's fault

      The lower ladder team members are a pleasure to work with because they recognize the slavery conditions

      Cons

      Management. Anxo Pérez. Ever-changing deadlines. No helpful input. You're always at fault. Spanish salary regardless of work location (if you're in the USA that means approx. $1500/mo @ 40+ hrs/week).
