    Negative Outlook

I worked at AC Hotels full-time for more than a year

    Pros

hires pretty much any one regardless of experience(great for first time job). Working football games you CAN make $50/hr depending on how many of you are working(keep in mind you’ll only work 2 or 3 hrs during this time)

    Cons

They’ll bait you with “you can make more then $25/hr” but what they don’t tell you is that’s only for ONE hour of your 6 hr day. In this town specifically, there are MONTHS where it’s slow. And you’ll barely make 30 hrs a week at minimum wage. Supervisor with no training or ability to make schedules properly, favoritism shown giving less opportunity for money, if you want to take your 30 min lunch you’ll be told that you either cannot or they’ll belittle you since management didn’t schedule enough people for someone to eat. Splitting tips was also not ideal for me personally. I would myself make over $250 in a 6 hr shift, but after splitting it I’d leave with less then 30 bucks to my name since others weren’t as social.
