      Pros

      Employee centric management and hr. Great work environment and facilities provided. Laptops provided to almost everyone. Flexibility to work anywhere. Work life balance. Door to door transport.

      Cons

      Rare to no onshore opportunity. Some areas have legacy technologies though it’s constantly bettering. Very few micromanagers. Canteen can be better.
