      Pros

      There are two divisions to this company. If you work on the INC side you will be okay. The management sector has serious issues with no resolve in sight.

      Cons

      Management lacks integrity and accountability. The upper level management team are unprofessional and lack adequate skills to perform basic functions of their jobs. More often work that superiors are not capable of completing is pushed down to site managers who don’t get any credit for completing. There is an environment of curruption that seems to continue even though HR is aware. The company has undergone recent changes at the highest level however a full clean house needs to occur to keep this company going. I foresee a train wreck if INC does not get involved.

      Pros

      The income can be great. Working with the students are wonderful and making new partnerships are rewarding. The professional development is great here.

      Cons

      If the families where you are stationed don't like you, you're in trouble. The other Resident services staff can be be cold to work with at times although they try to be nice.

      Positive mission, positive community impact, employees who care. Growth is promoted from within.

      Cons

      If you're looking to go into the low-income housing sector with a drive to provide rent forgiveness, programs to those less fortunate, educational opportunities for low income children, food banks for low income families, etc, there's really no con for working for this company. They care about the people they house, and the people they employ.
