No accountability - Onsite Manager AHC (Virginia) Employee Review

Management lacks integrity and accountability. The upper level management team are unprofessional and lack adequate skills to perform basic functions of their jobs. More often work that superiors are not capable of completing is pushed down to site managers who don’t get any credit for completing. There is an environment of curruption that seems to continue even though HR is aware. The company has undergone recent changes at the highest level however a full clean house needs to occur to keep this company going. I foresee a train wreck if INC does not get involved.
