Pros

- Good place to learn and gain experience - Supportive Colleagues

Cons

- The HR in MY office is an absolute joke. He is completely clueless with zero understanding of HR principles or any basic human decency. His entire existence at this company seems to be about sucking up to management and stabbing employees in the back. He focuses much on spreading gossip, create drama and clearly have no regard for ethics or professionalism. It’s disgusting how this person will do whatever it takes to protect his own position, even if it means ruining the work environment for everyone else. HR here should probably go to some customer service or talent acquisition job. Instead of focusing on the employee wellbeing he focuses much on pointing fingers at other employees forgetting to point himself. It is shocking how AIRR Labs hired someone with 0 HR basics to manage employees but unable to manage his own anger issues. HR here finds it okay to use harsh words at employees to prove himself right. His whole approach is self-serving, willing to throw anyone under the bus if it means staying in the management’s good graces. A total embarrassment to the company and the HR field as a whole. - Long working hours during campaign periods with lack of rest day. -Sick? MC? HR will still ask you to work. -WFH Policy is a good joke in this company -HR wouldn’t do exit interview cause he knows he is the problem.

terrible HR and Management

Pros

While the company offers a decent compensation package and a "comfortable" work environment with COLD air conditioning, the overall work experience can be quite taxing. The helpfulness of colleagues is a plus, but unfortunately, the HR and management teams seem to lack support and understanding. This, coupled with the demanding workload, can significantly impact one's mental and emotional well-being.

Cons

The HR department is severely lacking. They consistently shirk their responsibilities, passing them onto the country manager. Moreover, they have a tendency to exploit employees' mistakes without proper guidance or support. The high workload, coupled with insufficient staffing, forces team managers to juggle multiple roles, leading to burnout and stress. The company's work-from-home policy is unclear and inconsistently enforced, often leading to unfair treatment of employees. While the management team prioritizes client satisfaction, they seem to disregard employee well-being and feedback. This creates a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and unsupported.

Pros

Nothing good I can say about this company tbh, it was the worst 2 months of my life working here

Cons

Such a toxic environment for a start-up company - imagine how worse its gonna get. Because people are scared of being called out in public and being branded as stupid, there's a lot of finger pointing that happens whenever anything goes wrong. Salary is not even worth it too, 35k for an operations manager position lol and you're expected to work weekends - work life balance where??? Honestly glad that I left. This job gave me the worst case of anxiety.
