      A great environment for driven professionals Incredible Culture: The work environment is highly collaborative, supportive, and motivating. You are surrounded by smart people who genuinely want to see you succeed and are always willing to lend a hand. Opportunities: Leadership recognises hard work and prefers to promote from within. If you show initiative and dedication, there is a very clear path for upward mobility. Growth: You will never feel stagnant here. The company constantly provides opportunities to stretch your skills, take on meaningful projects, and accelerate your development.

      Don't expect AMFG to benefit your career or to work too long here, the leadership have a reputation of hiring and firing, often hiring people on a visa so they are in control and can manipulate people into working extra for no reward, then firing them once they are deemed to be used and can't add any extra to the company
