Overworked, Underpaid, Mismanaged, No work life balance
Pros
-Free parking -Easy access to the University of the Philippines Buildings if you go to classes (like if you are taking Masters, etc.) -You will learn a lot of stuff**
Cons
-Too much work is given on employees, because there are so many projects, and there is shortage in staff; typically, you will handle many projects at a time, which require you to work overtime majority of the time. A boss once said, "if you can't do it, maybe you are not fit to work in the engineering industry" -Considering the amount of effort you put in and the responsibilities that are being given to you, the pay is unreasonable -Supervisors have no employee management background/training, leading to stressed employees -Work life balance is nonexistent, expect to work until midnight, sometimes during weekends as well -Toxic "We are family" culture -Encourages mentorship between employees, not for the sake of true mentorship, but really it's just because of lack of proper training for employees -**but you will have to learn those stuff on your own; a lot of times supervisors/bosses get projects beyond their areas of expertise, and you will have to research on your own to work on the project This company has caused my anxiety and depression, and led to my burnout
