Cons
Most of the significant cons of working for this organization can be directly associated with key decisions made by the Executive Team / Managing Partners. - Managing Partners regularly stress the importance of work life balance while they work part time or vacation to Europe and Africa. Meanwhile engineers and drafters are regularly overworked leading to significant burnout and turnover. (Work-life balance only seems to apply to Executive team) - Managers are hired to resolve organizational dysfunction only for their ideas & recommendations to be scrapped by leadership almost immediately. - Company seems to pass on qualified candidates for less qualified diverse hires. - Employees in varying positions are regularly let go with little to no explanation or contingency for the rest of the organization. - Regular employee surveys & feedback often go unaddressed. - Only employees with +1 year are eligible for raises; depending on hire date, you could go 23 months with no raise despite cost of living and inflation considerations.
