Hi Former ARTist. Thanks for sharing your views. ART MEDICAL takes a lot of pride in our culture, work environment, product, and mainly in our people. It's a key reason we are a fast-growing Medical Device startup. But, our fast-paced and high-intensity work environment might not suit everyone perfectly. Due to the nature of our work Vs the changes that need to be done in such a fast-paced environment, we certainly do need to thoroughly and continuously consider many aspects of the company policies and organizational frame moving forward to our next stage challenges. It is also highly important to us to clarify that ART MEDICAL successfully meets all regulatory milestones including a recent unannounced audit, which passed with distinguished results. Despite these great results, we continue improving and soon to launch many initiatives to improve satisfaction and overall professionalism. I'm sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as positive as we wished, but thank you for your feedback, and good luck in your future endeavors.
