      Colleagues were always very helpful and a good culture among those at a similar level.

      Cons

      Changes in management lead to multiple rounds of large scale redundancies. Lack of clarity in goals led to project requirements being unclear from the beginning, or eventually dropped altogether with little to no communication from higher ups
