      The benefits of a positive workplace culture at ATG Pharma Inc is the employee engagement, enhanced health ( Managing Stress), Fewer absences and better business performance. This job really has taught me a lot about manufacturing, working with clients, and being the best version of myself. I can honestly say I am very lucky to be working here at ATG Pharma Inc.

      Pros

      A great place to kickstart your professional career Friendly and collaborative team across different departments Supportive and understanding management Hybrid work environment (for the marketing department)

      Cons

      This is a great place to explore your imagination and experiment with new ideas. However, if you're a junior creative, you'll need to rely entirely on your own skills and trust your vision, as there isn't a senior creative manager available to provide guidance or support during creative blocks (which happens to the best of us) Limited opportunities for long-term career growth inside the company (for creatives)
