Some employees fly under radar of being scrutinized. (1 employee is consistently late and no disciplinary action) My working days were split Called out by management on something that was false. Don't reimburse on fuel Low pay

Abilities feels more like a smoke screen as the reality isnt the same as the image they want to portray. Some of the able staff at Abilities are a bit difficult to get along with, there's alot of bullying and teaming up against other people and some of the staff are mean to the disabled staff, management does not care about it when people ask for help they don't help and tell you to quit if you can't handle it. Many people work so hard at abilities but don't feel any support for work place issues or conflict there is never any resolutions and there are people constantly taking advantage of others. There's no management and the staff is running the place, it's extremely toxic and there's alot of animosity and hate going around
