      Work 24/7, constant interruptions/additional work, low staffing, no overtime pay but always overtime work, pay to responsibly ratio not balanced, no job security

      Pros

      Only required to work 2 days weekly Yearly trip to Canon beach (house managers only) Liked most of the clients. Easy to work with most of them Some lee way if you run late

      Cons

      Some employees fly under radar of being scrutinized. (1 employee is consistently late and no disciplinary action) My working days were split Called out by management on something that was false. Don't reimburse on fuel Low pay
