Not many pros to working here. I would say that the days go quick due to being VERY busy.
Cons
Absolutely terrible place to work. I was only here a short time, but it is by far the most unprofessional and most toxic workplace I have ever experienced. The labs are full of young staff with minimal management and given a lot of responsibility. It is a very school like environment, with lots of gossiping and bullying. The management they have is very poor and do not want to hear about any problems, they will avoid confrontation and just send down emails instead. Despite this, the laboratory work is actually interesting but VERY repetitive and mind numbing if you are kept in one area for too long. If you manage to stay long enough (and are given the opportunity) to learn the full process then it could be quite rewarding. However, you are expected to work long hours, I was often coming in early and leaving late, yet still being told I was under working. There is a lot more I could write regarding the negatives about this company but it would make the review way too long, therefore I just want to say I do not recommend working here at all. It is seriously not worth the stress and toxicity you will encounter here. The VERY high staff turnaround at this place speaks a thousand words and I recommend that management take a good look at this and make some serious changes to the workplace unless you will loose everyone.
