-Team members and leaders listen to you, so as long you talk sense and have numbers to prove, not just feelings -I liked that the team moves fast, so if you really want to not be bored by the same old same old, good place to learn and get exposed to many people coming from various industries in the client side.
Cons
-I think some people in the company are afraid to speak up because they are intimidated by the fast moving culture and decision making, so really have to spend the time to get a feel are they just agreeing with you, or are they actually agreeing with what is being done. -Working remotely, but this is personal preference. I think I would enjoy meeting and working face to face with the team more, but company does do activities ocassionally.
