      Pros

      I was hired with little to no experience in surveillance cameras and access control systems, but they allowed me to make mistakes as I learned by being "thrown to the wolves" at times.

      Cons

      Being thrown to the wolves" at times was also a con, but it worked out. Another negative for the company is that the owners seem to be far too involved in the day-to-day affairs of the employees and I felt I had to "fight" for any benefits.

      Pros

      I’ve never had a job that I’ve loved and grown with as much as this one!! I am sooo incredibly thankful to have been given this opportunity! I have been blessed beyond words to have found my calling and to be able to thrive and be encouraged the way I have been with Access!! This is not just my “job” or “workplace”... this is my second home and I love going to work everyday!!

      Cons

      Real/Hard work is never easy! You have to believe in it and give it your best! There’s no “con” in that... you work hard, believe in what you do, and you will be fully and completely appreciated!!

      The coworkers I had in the office have been some of the best I’ve worked with throughout my professional career

      The company does not value how hard their employees work and does not compensate them fairly for that hard work
