- Great placements with market leading clients can offer career growth through exposure to significant project work. - An opportunity for junior and intermediate testers to be gain access to peer and existing practices and techniques to enhance their learning and value. - Equal opportunities for all potential and existing employees.

Cons

- Detached attitude toward on-site staff. - Mercenary and greedy policy as a mantra: - Low pay to market rates - Extremely high margins (pay to charge fee) - Bare-faced lies to clients and staff - Superficial management concepts - Likely bond with client rather than Access HQ. Conflict of loyalty.

Not at all. Wish I could say something good about this company.

Cons

Melbourne management is a joke. No listening, no support, no care, no respect... Sickening greediness in exploiting their employees. Start salary is always low. Then their salary review process makes it impossible to get a pay rise or promotion. This place suits graduates or testers with little experience to start their career or as a stepping stone. Experienced testers will always leave once they find a better company. No training at all.

All top performers receive regular reviews and salary increases and promotions are based on performance, business contribution and skill acquisition. In relation to training and career development, AccessHQ has implemented a number of programs in the past 12 months such as Your ROAD and our online training portal; SkillsHub. Your Principal Consultant is always available to work with you to help assess any skill deficiencies and put together a career development plan. They will also provide ongoing mentoring and support should you require it. If you do not have access to these programs please reach out to your People & Culture Manager who will help you.

Employees below the test lead level are treated like cattle, not treated with respect No salary hikes even if performance is good Very low salary compared to market
