Pros

There are not much pros anymore. Most of the good people have left due to inept management, starting from CEO down.

Cons

Not very optimistic about the company's longevity. Senior leadership has no direction and makes decisions (like rebranding to an entirely new company in a week.) The merger of three companies has been happening for nearly 3 years and it feels as if no one knows what's going on. Wrong people are getting promoted, leaving the people who actually know what they're doing–running. Pay is terrible, recent benefit changes make it seem as if they chose the company with the worse benefits and decided to go with it. CEO and his team is only focused on creating profit, while operating margins continue to go down – the one thing they focus on, they can't even do right. This perfectly sums up Acclara.

Pros

Remote, some good coworkers left, weekends off

Cons

Everything after the mergers. Our legacy company paid out up to 8k pre tax a year for me and now it’s about $500 a quarter and NOTHING for the holidays this year. They promised to keep a good median of all companies but seems they chose the worst parts of every company and stuck with it. Leadership is very disorganized and does not communicate with other teams. Pay is low for the job we are doing, raises do not even cover inflation. Great health benefits we once had with our legacy company are gone and now we have to pay high deductibles on top of a low wage without great bonuses. So many great people left this year and now I can see why. Tenured employees constantly have to fix newer employees mistakes and some newer employees are making more than others who have been here for years. I was holding on to hope that things would get better but finally came to the conclusion things will never be the same.

Thank you for taking out time to share your feedback with us. We understand that change can be difficult, especially when it comes to compensation and benefits. We have been working to find a balance between our legacy companies that provide fair compensation and benefits to all employees. As a company, we regularly review our compensation structure to ensure that we are providing fair pay to all our employees. We also take great pride in our health benefits and this year implemented more robust benefits at a lesser cost to employees. We understand that tenured employees have a lot of knowledge and experience, which is valuable to our company. We would like to assure you that we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all our employees, regardless of their tenure Your insights are instrumental to Acclara’s growth and your candidness is greatly appreciated. Please continue to share your thoughts and feedback at careers@acclara.com.
