Not the right place for peace of mind and poor management
Pros
Learned some new things over a period of time.
Cons
1. The employer is highly unsupportive. Even if you work while sick to help the company when they need, they refuse to grant leave when you genuinely need it. 2. You are treated as a top employee only as long as you are working there. The moment you resign, they treat you like you don't exist and completely ignore you once the notice period is over. 3. After resignation, they hold your pay without valid reasons and stop responding to any follow-up messages or emails regarding your dues. 4. They constantly pressure you to work every weekend, showing no respect for personal time. 5. There is absolutely no work-life balance because the company fails to provide any backup for your role. You are denied leaves even when you are genuinely sick, as employer expects you to work regardless of your health. 6. The management acts in bad faith regarding company assets. I previously reported issues with the system startup to the Team Lead, but as long as I was working for them, it wasn't a problem. However, the moment I resigned and returned the PC, they suddenly claimed the system was damaged and used it as an excuse to delay my settlement. They only notice 'faults' when you leave, just to create unnecessary arguments and threaten salary deductions for issues that were already reported. 7. The employer will message you to work on holidays for client deadlines, then delete the messages and claim they never asked once you request a day off in return. Extremely dishonest and manipulative culture.
