Pros

I enjoyed working with a few coworkers who offered support when they could.

Cons

Accusource HR painted a rosy picture of a supportive and rewarding work environment. Accusource HR was marked by significant discrepancies between initial promises and actual working conditions. Despite being hired for one position, the individual was quickly transitioned to a different role with minimal training and support. This lack of preparation, coupled with inconsistent expectations and unclear communication, led to performance issues that could have been mitigated with proper guidance. Furthermore, the company's rapid decision to terminate employment, without exploring alternative solutions like additional training or increased support, suggests a lack of commitment to employee development and retention. The reviewer's overall impression is that Accusource HR prioritizes short-term goals over long-term employee satisfaction and growth.

Pros

-Work from home -Benefits, Vacation, and Insurance -People are helpful if you know who it is you need to reach out to first.

Cons

-VERY poor pay which makes it difficult to even pay basic bills each month. Have to work multiple jobs to make ends meet as this company will not budge with current state of inflation. -High turn around in department leaves team with a heavier work load than normal without proper training. -Merging companies makes managing multiple platforms a pain and often feel like you have to juggle many things to just not fall behind. -This company is hardly competitive with their hourly wages and seem to be alright with letting you remain at same low wage as long as you're complacent and quiet about it. -Company encourages employees to apply for internal positions to expand and learn new areas in the company. The only issue is, the jobs they blast out to the company all pay $12-$16/hr depending on experience which is an absolute joke in my opinion.

Pros

Health insurance is covered about 80-90% by the comp.

Cons

All leadership team members look and act the same way. Theres drama between the two owners and they 'clean house' all the time. There's no job security here and they fired more people over the past year than ever before. They also underpay people like crazy. You're expected to make management look good or you get the boot. Some execs are bullies, so keep that in mind.
