Pros
-Work from home -Benefits, Vacation, and Insurance -People are helpful if you know who it is you need to reach out to first.
Cons
-VERY poor pay which makes it difficult to even pay basic bills each month. Have to work multiple jobs to make ends meet as this company will not budge with current state of inflation. -High turn around in department leaves team with a heavier work load than normal without proper training. -Merging companies makes managing multiple platforms a pain and often feel like you have to juggle many things to just not fall behind. -This company is hardly competitive with their hourly wages and seem to be alright with letting you remain at same low wage as long as you're complacent and quiet about it. -Company encourages employees to apply for internal positions to expand and learn new areas in the company. The only issue is, the jobs they blast out to the company all pay $12-$16/hr depending on experience which is an absolute joke in my opinion.
