Not much of a major con but this is a start up company, so it does come with some of the growing pains you see in start ups. Also a tough industry you will be selling into but what aclaimant sells is a system that is in demand and where the industry is trending towards. That being said leadership of company has it going in a great direction and they are starting to get some major backing power and customers as well. It's a company that is very much on the rise.

Feels like everything is on fire most of the time. Mostly due to the incredibly unrealistic promises made to customers - and the CEO is the worst offender! Lack of resourcing (worse than what can be considered acceptable even at the start-up level). Departments aren't backfilled when people leave and we're left unable to deliver for customers. Pay is pretty low compared to similar roles at other companies. Most people who leave do so because they got an offer somewhere else that is drastically higher pay. Bonuses are few and far between.
