      Pros

      Small company and exposed to big aerospace customers if you love aviation.

      Cons

      Entire company is mismanaged and difficult to understand leaderships direction. Overworked and underpaid. Company is pushed to lean initiatives leaving current workforce overwhelmed. Intercompany disconnect and ego driven leaders who don’t support their teams.

      Flight simulators are fun to work on if work is your life.

      Cons

      There is very little software engineering work happening: only patches on 30 years old code. Majority of engineers are mediocre and the standard coding tool is Notepad++
