there is no pros at all

The culture is bad with poor management, bad leadership from CEO with heavy micromanagement which caused unhappiness among all the ppl in the company. Pays were delay as well with no OT compensated. Late CPF. Etc. In addition, the environment is toxic with the boss. colleagues are great but the boss sucks. Please think more than thrice before joining as most likely you will fall on a role out of your scope of work. Btw, there is only 7 days leave as well.
