Pros
Strong dev team comprised of juniors. Very flexible working policy as long as you complete your work.
Cons
Low guidance / guard rails. Legacy code quality leaves something to be desired. Needs more seniors for guidance.

Cons
CEO and MD set up staff against clients due to paranoia because they don't place any trust in their staff. CEO and MD will try to destroy employees careers if they try to resign because they do not like the corporate culture or speak up for themselves. CEO and MD are self-involved and think their employees live for their company and have nothing else in their lives. Virtue signalling company, looks like it does great things for external causes but does not seem to bring that effort into the workplace culture they create.
