Pros

It's a job with a paycheck every 2 weeks.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations of employees Threatening emails about job loss and write ups Limited support to barriers impacting productivity Toxic work environment created by above pressures No raises... like ever. Don't ask, you're never going to get one no matter how good you are!! No/ very limited incentives Slowly accumulating PTO (sick and vacay together) Denials for PTO requests Guilt trips when you're sick HR department never answers you Be sure they enrolled you in all your benefits, they might be charging you and you're not enrolled!!!

Pros

Able to thoughtfully navigate though a changing health care climate in a way that invests in best treatment practices for the patients!

Cons

A quickly growing company is not a con, but it may present some challenges. The leaders of this company have demonstrated their ability to adapt and support the customers we all serve.

Pros

Worst company ever. No pros. Run.

Cons

Unethical. Will fire long term staff to bring on new grads to decrease rates of pay. Within 4 days of contract start, they came in, cut projections by half, and fired 2 therapists bc there was "no longer a need" for them since they cut the therapy minutes. They cut the minutes bc Adaptive made a per diem rate of pay per pt, not even a per discipline rate of pay. So, if they provided less therapy each day, they made more profit. Contacted labor board on numerous occasions bc of staff being forced to work off the clock. Pushed unethical practices and fraudulent billing. Patients get half of what they need, no one improves. Horrible all around. I call them the cancer of the therapy world because they are literally only in it for the money, destroy teams, and have the worst company culture that I have ever seen. Run.

We are so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. These have been challenging times. 2021 started with CMS rate cuts to Part B, which forced us to institute pay cuts across the entire organization. This decision by CMS made a major impact, since 95% of our business is Medicare based. We were extremely disheartened by this action of CMS, especially on top of the hardships that COVID caused on all of our employees emotionally, as well as the extra expenses incurred to handle this pandemic. You will recall that we encouraged all employees to reach out to their elected officials to reject this bill and luckily the proposed 7-9% cuts were reduced to 3.6% ... still far less than optimal.
