      easy going and friendly management, coworkers, and work-life balance

      Cons

      I would recommend opting for the more expensive health benefits. The more affordable option is not as widely accepted in networks.

      - Salary was OK, could have been better (but unfortunately salaries for rehab professionals overall are low)

      - Was working for a different company when Adaptive Rehab took over. Focus was more on productivity requirements rather than patient care
