Pros

There are "NO GOOD THINGS TO SAY"This is a very poor company and more staff will be leaving in the new year there is nothing other than the PWS worth staying for.

Cons

I have just looked at the Reviews there was a total of 37. 29 very very poor reviews what must the Management think when they read what staff think of them? What's more important is what must the CEO think? Heads need to "roll"before something happens to one of our "great service user's" The 8 good reviews must have been from the Management or staff that have a face that fits!

Pros

The clients we support- I would not carry on working if it was not for the work relationships I have built with them and the fact I feel I am one of few staff that deep down care for the clients

Cons

No staff induction Seem to employ young or unexperienced staff with no support to guide them If staff shortage you are expected to get on with it- example four staff suppose to be on shift, I was left by myself for an hour and affinity bank staff who had never worked within the home. Made numerous concerns to my manager but they are never dealt with Tried to phone management for support and no response from them Being told that clients must do their activities but how can they with no staff Just feel there is no support from management Management make the choice for the clients- they don't care about the clients Management really do not know the clients and their support needs Management make it obvious which staff they favour Rotas- some months I work nearly every weekend and then I have two weekends of in a row Constant phone calls for covering shifts

I know that there's a concerted effort to recruit more staff in your area so that situation will improve. Our managers do receive training in handling disciplinary matters and complaints/grievances but if you feel you've tried to raise concerns and haven't received a response please get in touch with me and I'll arrange to have your concerns looked into.
