I have been working at Afterpay full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - plenty of social events - welcoming and easy going team - plenty of great opportunities to delve further into the business - great yearly bonuses and are valued fairly based on performance -

    Cons

No real rewards for good performance other than a nice bonus once a year. It would be nice to be awarded more often such as monthly prizes for hitting a certain amount of calls etc Very hard to get a pay rise

I have been working at Afterpay full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - The founders Ant Eisen and Nick Molnar are amazing value-driven leaders. - You''l be working with very smart people, usually much smarter than yourself and you will become smarter as a result. - There is a can-do attitude in the company and a plethora of meaty challenges.

    Cons

(Not a con for certain people) It is a very competitive , evolving industry and Afterpay is a rapidly expanding global company. If you like the adrenaline rush of dealing with very hard challenges, working with razor sharp people, solving them ridiculously fast, this is the right place. If you do not particularly enjoy surprises, fast paced work (we do not have projects take months of meetings and deliberations) then Afterpay is the wrong place for you. (There is nothing inherently wrong with slowness - it may be all what is needed in certain industries/organizations.) Work-life balance totally your call - how you manage your time is your call. Some of us don't really feel like we are working. :-)

I worked at Afterpay full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good culture within the team. A collection of coffees and snacks.

    Cons

There seems to be a serious discrepancy between the upper management and the understandings of the employees. Ineffective leadership and lack of personal accountability at any level.

I have been working at Afterpay part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    * I have never worked for a company that has had the quality of people working for it EVER like here at Afterpay - AMAZING! * You are actually made to feel you are important, needed and most of all valued for the work you do. * It really is a family/home away from home. * There is always constant up to date training and awareness around any process changes and the willingness from management to want to upskill staff is brilliant. * AFTERPAY WORK EVENTS LIKE NO OTHER! * Team comradery is second to none even when there are issues they get sorted and not swept under the rug to fester Honestly I think I could write a list of pros for days however I think the most important PRO for working at AFTERPAY is the real & genuine sense of equal opportunity in every which way of the meaning of those words and the individual approach in which everything is faced head on from the small things to the big things to the great things to the uncomfortable things. It really is a great place to work even on bad days which we all have.

    Cons

    * Honesty is the best policy and I don't know anyone who likes to work a Saturday, you will every 3 weeks with Afterpay in turn a day off during the week of working the Saturday is given. * We offer a product to the consumer which runs off fortnightly instalments however we are all paid monthly - I also love to use my AFTERPAY not just work here.

I have been working at Afterpay full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Afterpay has a really strong, people focused culture. It is a fast paced work environment where everyday throws new challenges at you. The people have a strong work ethic and take emended pride in the product they deliver to their customers

    Cons

Due to the nature of the beast it is a quickly evolving landscape. This can impact your level of stability
