      This company has amazing potential, that sadly they seem to be wasting on upper management drama.

      Cons

      Drama, Instability, Secrecy, Backstabbing, Inability to keep their word and it seems, no real clue of what is going on... with anything!

      Pros

      Agile has very caring employees that are easy to get along with and make working enjoyable. Agile has a great management team that makes expectations known and manageable for someone working full time. CEO Maria Thompson is a wonderful leader that has great vision and genuinely cares about her employees. Would highly recommend working here!!

      Cons

      I had a wonderful time working at Agile, the only con would be the long commute due to the traffic that always made getting to work a little more difficult.

      Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, creating a very family like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Emotions, how they feel about you, is more important that your accomplishments or production. If you thrive on a sense of personal achievement, keep it to yourself, and don't ask others for help, they may get offended.
