      Pros

      Everyone goes the extra mile to support each other and get things done. Great benefits, a positive company culture, and plenty of learning opportunities. Leadership is very supportive, even though tough decisions are sometimes necessary. Proud to be part of Air New Zealand, truly a dream job at a dream company. I hope to stay here for the long term.

      At times, promotions may not always feel fully merit based, which can be disappointing. However, this can be a reality in many corporate environments.
