Worked at Airpads full time
Pros
Very chill and relaxed working environment. Day to day tasks were never really that difficult. Great office location. Coworkers were the only reason why I stayed so long, everyone of us got along so well. Felt like we had our own little family.
Cons
Management was, is and will be the only problem with this company. It is a start up business and the owner is very (some times too much) prideful of his business that he doesn't want to hear any one else's idea but his own. With that being said we got tons (literally) of bad reviews and complaints from guests that went through us about the policies the company stands by that were really strict and unnecessary. Their only excuse that they could act this way was because they offered one the cheapest prices on rooms. Most of the time management didn't even care about how bad we were treating these guests with out policies, just felt wrong on some many levels. Don't even get me started on trying to get a refund/money back from this company. It like pulling an arm and 2 legs just to get your money back, even if it was the company's fault. The owner is so money hungry he could care less about whether you got your money or not. If you're just looking for a typically office customer service job and could care less about the company you work for, then this is the place for you. If you actually like to help people and prefer not to be yelled at by customers for over 45 mins (no joke customers love to ramble about how bad our company is) then please look else where. Feel free to google the company and look at all the reviews, they couldn't be more truer.
