Working with underdeveloped management staff. Their leaders are promoted by default. Basically, if an individual has performed a particular function long enough, outlasts or endures the rest they are promoted to management without any previous experience, qualifications or proper training. Unfortunately, being a subject matter expert in a field does not equate to leadership skills. Their Human Resources department does nothing to improve this process. Therefore, expect to work with demeaning and hostile leaders who regularly threaten your job, use their status for personal attacks against you without consequence. HR will not investigate the validity of any performance concerns or false accusations by their leadership which leads to employee termination. Ironic, working for a law firm that lacks the appropriate due process in handling management/employee conflicts. Their solution, employee termination based on the word of unskilled leader.

This is the worst foreclosure job I've ever experienced. People walked around with stank faces, and treat you like you're a nobody. I walked in that place everyday with no motivation. They would point out your flaws before they point out how much you bring to the team. The training sucks, you would have to learn on your own. They are liars, unprofessional, poor management, can't trust your manager, your director, nor HR. Managers or employees would either be a alcoholic or druggies.. Employees would go on break with another employer and get drugs.. people would go on break to drink alcohol. There's so much I knew but couldn't tell anyone because they are ALL buddy buddy with each other and it would be like talking to a brick wall. It's all favoritism there. Managers are always on their phones, never at their desk, would have build up files in their desk, would have you do things for them because they didn't feel like finishing it. You could work your but off, but if they don't like you, they will find every little thing in the book to let you go. This company isn't worth the pay. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. A lot of people are leaving. Or being let go due to these reasons.
