Pros

Great benefits, CEO has open door policy, depending on department/manager there are fun activities to keep everyone close and upbeat.

Cons

Upper management is unaware, or seems to be, of the favoritism toward employees. Personal lines in particular, has totally turned around to be a negative environment for everyone, no one is happy or laughs any more. If you are a young male, you've got it made for what seems to be a serious click of hand picked favorites by management. Forget it if you're a female no matter your talent. You wont get far here depending on what department/job you apply for and your age. Goals set individually by lower management are unattainable for most to meet bonus structure.

Great people, great opportunity to make money

Cons

Management is inconsistent in application of policy. Favoritism runs rampant. Offices compete with each other in same territories, duplicating effort. Little opportunity for advancement into management. If you aren't producing, your tail is out.

Pros

If the company makes their monthly numbers, it's casual wear everyday! A lot of opportunities for employees fresh out of college Diverse staff

Cons

Too big and getting bigger that you end up being a number and not known unless you do something major. They give kudos to staff members who made their budget/numbers and calls them out by name - sometimes staff get overlooked
