Based on your other comments, we recognize that you're currently unhappy with your work experience, and we'd like to address your feedback.
Earlier this year, we adopted the hybrid workweek schedule, allowing for flexible remote work and purpose-driven and outcome-focused onsite opportunities. As we're now working the hybrid schedule, we've been encouraging our teams and their leaders, including the executive team, to create more opportunities for meaningful interactions and teamwork. That is one of the reasons our employees now see more senior and executive leaders, including our CEO, working in a cubicle alongside other team members.
Alliant has gone through a lot of change and growth in the last couple of years with a goal to become the best digital financial institution in the U.S. One thing that has not changed is our commitment to the credit union "people helping people" movement. We recognize that change is never easy, but we want to reassure you that the growth and change result from strategic decisions designed to make Alliant a leading voice in the industry, which includes bolder PR and brand awareness tactics.
