      Pros

      Alliant has a great benefit package with the normal medical, vision and dental benefits but we also enjoy a lot more. For Thanksgiving this year each employee was provided a pie from Baker Square. We have an employee recognition system where we can award points that are good for all sorts of items in the recognition store. This includes gift cards. Can you say holiday shopping made easy? We also have a great new benefit called Health Advocate that makes navigation of the medical and insurance world a whole lot easier.

      Cons

      Having two main offices inherently has its challenges.

      Great company culture and benefits.

      Cons

      Our department is severely understaffed, and management doesn’t seem to be hiring more people. Strong performers are only receiving 50 cent raises each year. Little to no room for growth.
