      No company laptop required to work

      Cons

      Poor communication. They have a 48 hour email response rule that not one department's employees abides by. Your communications, including questions, requests are blatantly ignored. You are not fairly compensated. There is no empathy, support or feedback for concerns expressed. There are many other therapy platforms that will embrace and pay you fairly from day one. Pass this one up.

      Pros

      Allminds is so supportive of its staff. They go out of their way to fulfill their commitment to a healthy work/life balance. Great pay and benefits, supportive supervisors, plenty of opportunities for group clinical supervision, and overall a healthy and fulfilling work environment.

      Cons

      If you want to be a full time therapist, it can be a little challenging to meet the 30hr/wk requirement.

      Not a truly diverse or equitable place. One can not feel safe to make observations or initiate culturally relevant dialogue.
