It is an awesome group of people to work with here, and what they achieve daily is really incredible. I’m glad that shines through! Thank you for your feedback. Quality is essential at Alta, in the products and service we deliver every day… but yes, in this role, quantity of outbound calls and activity is also extremely important, I can’t disagree with that. This particular job is similar to an SDR/BDR type of role in the beginning, where you’re performing outbound outreach to introduce prospects to our Product Managers and Account Executives, who will turn your initial conversations into relationships. The outbound role isn’t for everyone, as it is heavily quantitative just by nature. It also requires constantly trying different approaches, which do take a few months to measure, so again.. spot on. This role will eventually transition to that qualitative role as an AE or PM, but that initial year+ is heavy on outbound touches and connection handoffs and we need to do a better job communicating that up front. Good feedback, thank you and I happen to agree with you. At the start of this year, we were too heavy on management. I joined the company as President in January. We had to make some changes to our management structure this year and I feel like we now have a good balance with clearer lines of leadership for each employee and team. The management team is dedicated to our annual/quarterly "rocks" (goals/challenges), and we’re making those transparent to our entire staff ongoing. Going forward, the buck stops with me… I work with our managers to create a roadmap and positive environment for success for Alta and our team, and I personally take full ownership and responsibility for any issues within the company. I’m sorry you had a bad experience and things didn’t work out here. We’ll do our best to get ahead of that in the future and candor like this helps. -Corey
