Pros
Almost none but the ability to WFH is still there + good enough offices if you're going to WFO/hybridepending on the project - Work/life balance can be good depending on the project - Unlimitted PTO (only available after you use the 25 PTO given by the law here in Romania) - Private Health Insurance
Cons
- Low salaries - No bonuses based on performances (they cancelled them for 2023 and 2024 is uncertain) - No bonuses give on holidays (a normal practice in Romania) - No way to grow (very few projects, the company struggles to atract new projects), the company does not reimburs you on any certifications or courses that you might want to do - Bad leadership and management - overall a very unprofessional attitude towards the employees, at first they seem to listen but you will soon realize it's all made up - Amateurish and unprofessional IT department - very slow to respond and for the most part they do not know how to resolve any issues. They resolve 99% of issues by just resintalling Windows. If you're working on a Mac machine and you have an issue you are out of luck because they are too "proud" to care about Macs. Very elitist behaviour. They also do not even install the minimum required apps (when you onboard or when they "fix" your PC by reinstalling the OS) that you have to use on a day to day basis such as Slack, Teams, Office 365 (they actually only have licences to use the web versions, but if you're in leadership you can use the full fledge installed apps, says everything about this company)
