      Good for Entry level positions only

      -Hires college graduates with little or no experience -Good place only for college graduates to get their foot into the door -401K

      Cons

      -40+ work hours a week with no overtime pay -Salaries are not competitive -Extremely high employee turnover -Hostile/oppressive work environment created by upper management -Low employee morale -Lack of appreciation/incentives for going above and beyond -No opportunities to climb the corporate ladder -Minimal employee benefits -Noticeable tension between the departments/ a lot of office politices -Most of management are inexperienced as managers and issues are not handled professionally -Micromanagement up the wazoo -Management shows favoritism to specific individuals -Management tends to badmouth individual(s) to others in the workplace -Autocratic management style/toxic bosses -"Everyone's replaceable" management mindset

      Pros

      Overtime and paid holidays handed out to those that volunteer to work extra. Managers can be nice when they want to be. Coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Low low pay and we all know it and discuss it daily. Demanding managers expect a lot more than is possible. Chemist blamed for managements failures. Hard work and promotions are not correlated. People get raises based on time at company rather than skill and work ethic.

      Pros

      None. At all. No room for improvement even when you're the hardest worker there. Your hard work is not considered.

      Cons

      Everything really. This isn't a joke. I was an employee for over 3 years. They treat the hard workers like scum. There's no safety procedures there, though you would expect it to be in a company like this. Also verbal abuse from upper management as well as very shady behind the scenes work.
