Pros

Work as a team, trainers and team do a good job of including everyone to contribute Decent availability for lateral moves to gain more exposure of company Flexible time off 10 hour shift, 3 days of each week 6 days off on monthly shift transitions Collaborative environment non-micromanagement Leadership incentives for more pay management seems to try to empathize with governing teams Good job if interested in pharmaceutical manufacturing and just want to clock in, get your work done, learn what you can, and clock out Company seems to be growing again after a couple financial struggle years benefits are good, most health, dental, and vision are low or no cost. Good 401K match, good PTO accrual Great onboarding curriculum that seems to always be improving (but people still complain about it) Senior management and supervisors are good at relating to workers, relaying information and duties to employees without overwhelming them. Has a diversity day where everyone plays games and enjoys food from all the different ethnic groups that work there (potluck style, outdoors) very fun idea

Cons

High Turnover Not very professional-->Lots of complaining, swearing, trying to be the "right" one, no dress code (Dress code can be a pro or a con depending on who you are) Teams can sometimes have attitude of "we are in a sinking boat, but all together" Lack of positivity not much for job advancement relatively low pay that is not negotiable (probably due to the talk amongst employees on how much they earn) most jobs internally are lateral moves Once processes are learned not much more to learn non flexible on offer considerations (non negotiable pay, wont give more than 3 days to consider/accept) People in other departments have an attitude of looking down on manufacturing more labor work rather than actual scientific work
