Pros

Some of the people are fun to work with, and just good down to earth people.

Cons

Having to deal with upper mgment that MICRO MANAGES. We are supposed to tell someone when we go to the bathroom. They want to know where we are at all times. It is very condescending, to say the least. Even tho salaried, there is very little benefit, if any, to the employee. Basically all it benefits is AAGI not having to pay overtime. Punch in, punch out , get in trouble if you're 2 minutes late, just once. Even if you've put in the required hours, and then some. Oh, and how's my effort? Am I doing a good job??!!

There are honestly none, absolutely zero. If people say “the free food” on certain days, I honestly feel that its the companies way of ‘sugar-coating’ everything.

Cons

This place plays favorites. Everyone in the company is held to a different standard. If you’re new to the company expect to do everything exactly like them and try your hardest to fit in, it’s just like high school. Some people keep their heads down and go through the motions just to not be on some peoples bad side. It’s really sad to see that not every company as progressive as the should be today. Terrible internal communications and benefits. None of this is really revealed until you start. The list goes on and on, I won’t waste another second on this place. Please take everyone’s warning for the love of God.

Employees are rude to each other. Even the President talks to people like they're worthless. There are different standards held for different employees. If you have the tenure, you could probably get away with murder. Senior management tells people they "don't care" making everyone else care less.
