Pros
Good employer and colleagues. Have learned a lot in the time I've been here (a little less than a year). Lots of opportunities for growth. Management is understanding and flexible when it comes to employee time off and personal appointments.
Cons
Long periods of sitting, currently no "break room" area in office/building.

Pros
Ive been working here for a little over a year and I have to say this company really gives the opportunity for growth. I feel like I have a voice and my input is taken seriously. There is a high regard for respect between employer and employee. Owner/President is a very understanding person. The hours are great, and I'm extremely happy with the location, lot's of delicious healthy lunch options.
Cons
The only con is that I have to park a bit a ways away, about a block away. The building has limited parking, but at the same time I do love to walk and I do see this as an opportunity to get a nice brisk morning walk.
