FACT: AW OPS Serves Quality Water. IT Serves up the proverbial KoolAid with Free Lunch.
FACT: Its 2018 and we are just realizing we are behind in Technology. Others were doing this years ago! Years of Poor IT Leadership that continue today.
FACT: Technology and Innovation Culture is not what they say it is for entire TEAM! Perception as one current leader once said is Reality. Well, Perception is that Leadership only believes what and who matters is located in 1 building.
FACT: There is NEVER a mention during Town Halls of the Hard Working, Dedicated Folks across T&I outside of 1 building that bend over backwards while working safe in unsafe conditions at times for our internal customers day in and day out taking time away from their families, working long hours, nights and weekends to keep the lights on for our Customers and provide quality and timely support to ALL Levels of the Business. The Only Mention of these folks is when the Leadership decides to Publicly Humiliate these very people in front of their Peers who are working hard, such as when they are supporting his Town Hall because some new technology did not work...
.... FACT: This is not the first time! Pathetic Leadership!
FACT: There is MUCH truth to the negative posts, albeit some goes too far.
FACT: Leadership has never shown to appreciate these folks and the work they do as our customers treat us with more respect than our own team.
FACT: Leadership for some of these folks has not interacted, communicated or just reached out to see how they are doing in Months or Ever! These are the folks that support the customers when things do not work or when they cannot get the support from others in T&I. These are the folks who provide the answers to our customers as they are not communicated to about the changes in T&I from Leadership none the less other groups.
FACT: Most in T&I do not really know what our customers do on a day to day basis, that being the Front-Line Supervisors and Field Workers. They do not know the challenge with Technology many in the business have.
FACT: Many of them have gone to CIO and Leadership to move into roles to be part of building the future and YES, to those who are rehearsed to say otherwise, they have put the time into improve themselves!! Only to be dismissed, get broken promises or given some excuse such as "Over Qualified" or “Need to Improve on one area” although CIO says he doesn't care what you know, that you can learn it here and will support them along their way as “He cares about each and every one on the team”.
FACT: They are told their jobs are or will be obsolete, but our customers rely on them EVERY SINGLE DAY!!
FACT: Diversity is not Just the Color of your Skin, Gender or what Country you are from! How can you be so Pretentious and Arrogant!? Do YOU know what these words mean? Do you really think we are so Stupid not to know what H1B Visa and F1 Students are!? We can read too Genius!! American Jobs are being lost every day and AW is benefiting from this off the backs of Tax Paying Americans for Shareholders. SAD!
So, to counter the folks that sit in their Glass House, that are upset by some of these posts but never go out and meet with our customers, Stop and think for a moment about WHAT YOU SAY before you throw stones! There is Truth in these posts and if you are Man Enough and can accept the criticism that you dish out, and instead you will see the frustrations of some that you have Ignored, Dismissed, and Humiliated Directly! Not Very Diverse, Huh!?
You want to talk about being P'd off???? Again, Rehearsed! Well when folks are replaced for no good reason other than to save a buck, Left out, Ignored, Dismissed, Underappreciated, Disrespected and Publicly Humiliated in front of their Peers, maybe you should walk a mile in their shoes!!!
How do you expect someone to feel when they are left out from the Team when they want to be a part of something positive or just be recognized for what they do instead of being Publicly Humiliated by someone who knows little to nothing about using the technology or technology itself!
These folks are not stopping to play games or getting any free lunch. They are Hardworking, Intelligent, Smart, Creative, Dedicated Professionals the same as the folks in the rest of T&I who deserve to be Included, Recognized and Treated with the same RESPECT that you expect for who they are and what they do every day!!
It should not matter where they are geographically. They should not be Out of Sight, Out of Mind! And not just the Data Center Folks!
WE should be better than this! Start doing what YOU say and what our Values Stand for. A Team is a group of people that is INCLUSIVE, and each role has a significant impact to the success of the Team and ultimately the Success of our Customers.
