Workload not fairly spread, senior management provide little support to clinical leaders to ensure safety and quality.
Not enough benefits offered to attract and retain high performing staff.
Too many senior leaders who have never worked in a clinical service and who have zero respect for concerns related to the quality of care being provided.

Schedule can change for your day as late as a couple hours prior to visit - leaving patients disgruntled.
Poor systems means sometimes trippling up on information taken and notes need to be completed in 2 different systems for EACH client.
Yearly pay reviews that don’t take into actual performance, rather administrative obstacles
Next to no career progression
