Pros

Flexible work arrangements are available, unfortunately this means that the business retains lazy, incompetent clinicians and managers, and those who care about what they do leave the business.

Cons

Workload not fairly spread, senior management provide little support to clinical leaders to ensure safety and quality. Not enough benefits offered to attract and retain high performing staff. Too many senior leaders who have never worked in a clinical service and who have zero respect for concerns related to the quality of care being provided.

Pros

None. Just an awful place to work full stop.

Cons

Microwave management. Unrealistic KPI's. Bully style management. Leaders from top down who are lacking in empathy. All about money. Nil GENUINE care for callers. Highly toxic culture.

Pros

Maternity leave program Discounted health insurance

Cons

Schedule can change for your day as late as a couple hours prior to visit - leaving patients disgruntled. Poor systems means sometimes trippling up on information taken and notes need to be completed in 2 different systems for EACH client. Yearly pay reviews that don’t take into actual performance, rather administrative obstacles Next to no career progression
